The Marine Corps Half Marathon is steeped in history and tradition. The Marine Corps Half Marathon provides runners the honor of running aboard the majestic Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. Runners will experience a flat scenic course beginning at the Wallace Creek Fitness Center. Along the course, runners will take a personal “tour” of the base, passing notable sites such as the beautiful waters of the New River, Morgan Bay, and Farnell Bay; the Paradise Point Golf Course where the Heroes Mile will be on display; and neighborhood communities before completing their journey back at Wallace Creek Fitness Center.

This course is not USATF certified.

Participants will be given 4 hours to complete the race and must be 14 years or older to register. Awards will be given in the following categories:

Top 3 for each age group (male and female): 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.

This race is open to the public. Deadline to submit information for installation access is Aug. 16.
